In today’s competitive markets, customer service determines the winners and losers. The introduction of a Customer Care policy to an organisation is in no way an instant fix. Excellence in Customer Care has been described as a journey rather than a destination, or as the destination that is always just around the next corner.

Although recognising that superior customer service can have a positive effect on corporate profitability, many organisations are unsure of the right way to devise and implement a client-centred strategy. Implementation of the ‘In-house Strategic Plan’ will ensure creation of an organisational structure based on total customer orientation.

Accreditation and MQF level

NCFHE Logo - Lead Training Services MaltaA CPD Award Qualification Certificate (Level 4) by the National Commission of Higher and Further Education (NCFHE) in Customer Care and Customer Service will be presented to delegates who successfully attend all modules and obtain a minimum pass in the relative assessment.

On the 9th February 2018, LEAD Training Services held its annual Award Ceremony at the Xara Lodge in Rabat. Present for this event were over 300 students who attended LEAD’s accredited professional short courses during 2017 and successfully achieved their CPD Award Qualifications.

Special guests for this ceremony included the Mr. Martin Borg, and Educational Management and Quality Control expert Mr. Paul Gauci Executive Head of BOV Training Centre and trainer with LEAD Training Services. All of these, together with Mr James Grech Managing Director of LEAD Training Services delivered short speeches during this event. …read more »
