We are a team of specialists passionate about our work and with a common ambition to share learning experiences with people in the business community and civil society.

Under the brand name LEAD Training Services, our team has attracted an impressive pool of professional trainers from different areas of business and different geographical locations.

This makes us the only professional training organisation in Malta that can offer cutting edge training programmes across a broad spectrum of topics. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training programmes and in line with our belief we customise our programmes to our individual customer’s needs.

Our training services do not simply consist of organising training courses, but take a more holistic view of training, starting from a thorough training needs analysis all the way to learning styles assessments and the provision of the training courses themselves, designed in line with the learning styles of the attendees.

We also assist organisations and individuals in the identification and application for funding for training courses from sources available at that point in time.

Managing Director

James Grech - Lead Training ServicesJames is a warranted accountant and auditor by profession, with a passion for continuous education and networking, James has considerable experience in organising industry-specific conferences and specialised professional workshops. James has attracted a small complement of people forming a dynamic team of highly-motivated individuals who contribute far more than the required task at hand. James inspires the people around him to to be fully committed, creatively inspired lateral thinkers who willingly tag themselves to their clients operations and immerse themselves in the assignments they have.


Anneliza Grech
Finance and Administration Director

Anneliza Grech - Lead training Services MaltaAnneliza, an accountant and internal auditor by profession is responsible for finance and administration. She oversees the registrations process and any student relations matters. She is also responsible for the financial aspect of the business.


Clifford Debono
Business Development Executive

Clifford takes care of registering students for any applicable schemes, and handles any student enquiries related to such schemes. He also has credit-control responsibilities.


Nevise Farrugia
Student Support and Administration Executive

Nevise is the person who directly handles registrations. She is in direct contact with all registered students, guiding them through the registration process, and keeping them informed of all matters related to the course applied for. She also co-ordinates the logistics of each course.

On the 7th February 2019, LEAD Training Services organised its annual award ceremony. This annual event was held at the Xara Lodge in Rabat.

A total of 343 students who successfully completed an accredited CPD Award course during the year 2018 were invited for this ceremony in order to be officially presented with the CPD Award Certificate.
