
Christopher obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Malta in 2013. His dissertation was related to the Perceptions of Trade Unions held by Workers in Malta, which focused on the Hospitality Industry. He was directly active in the trade union sector between 2009 and 2014, whereby he had managed to obtain both first-hand experience of the trade unions’ work and also knowledge through various seminars and conferences, held locally and abroad. He had the opportunity to attend for various courses organised by the European Trade Union Institute.
He took care of various recruitment processes within the Public Sector and the Public Service, and currently serves as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects.
