• All students will be guided on how to access the webinar prior to course commencement;
• A technical member of our team will be reachable for any technical support at all times via a support telephone line;
• Trainers will deliver webinars Live and be visible on screen at all times;
• Powerpoint presentations and other documents will be made available and shared during every live webinar;
• Students can submit live questions/comments to the trainer – Trainers will encourage student participation throughout the session;
• All webinars will be recorded and uploaded on student online resources portal for future reference;
• Presentation and other documentation used during webinars will be uploaded and shared via the student online resources portal;
• 10 minutes breaks will be allowed during webinars every hour.
• Further questions and enquiries can be sent via email to the trainer even after the live webinar session and throughout the period of the course.

Flexi Payment Plans – Processing Fee Waived

In order to incentivise students to invest in their professional development even during this

unfortunate time of social distancing, LEAD Training Services we urge students to make use of our direct interest-free Flexi Payment Plans especially since we have now also temporarily waived its processing fee of €50.

Government Funding Schemes (70% of Fees Back)
