LEAD Training Services has been providing in-house training to companies across the island for the past years, and many have come back for more. Now, LEAD Training Services is launching a series of MQF Level 5-rated accredited short courses – the Corporate Series.

The Corporate Series consists of accredited courses aimed at enhancing any corporation’s team members knowledge while contributing to continuous professional development. Each course is 10 hours long, providing room for class discussion, practice and understanding, and ends with an assessment.

Endorsed by various HR Personnel, the courses are available as in−house training for a specific company’s team in a closed group, or through LEAD Training Services’ scheduled timetable, welcoming participants from various companies. The Corporate Series courses are held in the mornings.

When a company opts for LEAD Training Services’ courses, they will benefit from one great advantage – all courses on offer are NCFHE-accredited. This means attendees will be presented with a certificate of qualification rather than a mere certificate of attendance. It also means that the course content has been meticulously developed by experts in the area and reviewed in-depth by the NCFHE’s accreditation board. The skills and competencies obtained from our training courses will be measured via an assessment, giving the participant and sponsoring company a measure of the effectiveness of the course.
