Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the module/unit the learner will be able to:

  • Know how to build the right relationships with auditees
  • Appreciate the importance of how to clearly convey thoughts
  • Describe techniques of how to see and break “social barriers” to get better audit results
  • Learner will become familiar with actions, which obstruct auditing or avoid audit findings
  • Observe “norming” / “calibration” (peoples mannerisms and reactions)
  • Understand the importance of listening
